SPOKEN LANGUAGES: the eternals learn the various languages of the planet they are on as the civilisations grow.
PERSONALITY: created to have little empathy for humans (and their equivalents on other planets) instead her love lies with a planet’s waters and the creatures that reside within them. her emotions are easily changeable, she can go from calm to furious in an instant though she always insists that there is a cause.
EYE COLOUR: throughout mythology she has been described as dark-eyed, blue-eyed and ox-eyed. her eyes are naturally brown but glow blue with use of her abilities.
HAIR COLOUR: green, like seaweed - long, naturally wavy. when the eternals separated and started to hide amongst mortals she went through various methods of keeping her hair black.
BUILD: an average physique with defined but not overly developed muscles.
HEIGHT: 5’11”, 180 cm.
PIERCINGS: she has three piercings across the lobe of her right ear and one on the left.

SCARS: through ajak's healings amphitrite has no scars from any of the battles she took part in.
CLOTHING STYLE: relaxed and easy to move in. she tends to stick to fabrics that will not be ruined by water or get to heavy when wet. her colour scheme is largely cool tones

ETERNAL PHYSIOLOGY: amphitrite is an eternal created by arishem to possess superhuman strength, durability, speed, agility, stamina, reflexes, and healing. though the healing is limited and a slow process without external help. eternals are immortal, created to appear as various ages, they do not change with time.
HYDROKINESIS: by design, all eternals are capable of using cosmic energy in unique ways. amphitrite's ability allows her to shape and manipulate water in all three of its states, including changing it from one state to another. she can use this ability to reroute rivers, stop floods, as well as, unleash tsunamis and tidal waves. she is unable to create water from nothing, there must be a source nearby for her to control.
AMPHIBIAN ADAPTION: amphitrite was created to survive underwater she is able to breathe water. her body is also adapted to even the most extreme oceans depths, she is able to withstand large amounts of water pressure and the cold temperature of the depths. she cannot talk to aquatic animals but she is very good at reading their body language.
arcs
ARC I. All events that took place before Earth's Eternals arrived in 5000 B.C. Before the truth was revealed, Amphitrite believed this time was spent on Olympia with her sisters.
ARC II. In 5000 B.C. Amphitrite was one of the Eternals chosen by Arishem to guide the new human race on Earth. They guided different civilisations across time, helping them develop and keeping them safe from the deviant threat. At some point in Ancient Greece, Amphitrite fell in love with a sailor, he was the first mortal she felt connected to and his death devastated her.
ARC III. All events following the fall of Tenochtitlan, with the deviant threat presumed over Ajak encouraged them all to live among humans. Amphitrite did not take this suggestion to heart instead choosing to spend the majority of her time isolated along different coastlines. Until the industrial revolution and rise of technology began to affect her waters and the animals amongst them.
ARC IV. In 2023, signs of the emergence started to occur, earthquakes and tsunamis. After Sersi and Sprite are attacked by a deviant and Ajak is discovered dead, the Eternals reunite to decide what to do about the new threat. When the truth of their mission is revealed, their group is divided. Amphitrite either sides with Kingo, unable to fight her family, or with Sersi, swayed by the others love for humans.
ARC V. The Eternals save the Earth at the expense of the celestial, Tiamut's life. Amphitrite joins Thena, Makkari and Druig on the Domo, curious to see whether her sister's are real and guiding their own civilisations on another planet or just planted memories to motivate her return to Olympia.
